Meet Nicole, a proud native of the vast and sweeping plains of Wichita, Kansas. It was here, nestled amidst the endless expanse of her hometown, that Nicole embarked on her professional journey over two decades ago, venturing into the dynamic realm of property management. Each experience has enriched her understanding and fueled her ambition to continuously expand her horizons. Amidst her professional endeavors, Nicole's life took a serendipitous turn when she crossed paths with her soulmate, now her husband of 22 years. Their love story led them on an adventurous path, including a three-year sojourn abroad before returning to the United States to start a family. Today, Nicole is the proud mother of two children and two beloved fur-babies, embracing the joys and challenges of parenthood with grace and determination. Her adventurous spirit knows no bounds, having traversed the length and breadth of the country from the sun-kissed shores of Florida to the rugged landscapes of California. Please help us welcome Josh Parra! Josh is from Omaha, Nebraska and he is a leasing consultant at Avia Apartments on College Blvd. in Overland Park, Kansas. Josh recently graduated from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing his master's degree. Josh enjoys sports, music, and spending time with good friends and family. Go chiefs!

Kiana spent a majority of her life living in Wichita, Kansas, waiting until she could move in the big Kansas City Metro area. Kiana is green to the property management industry, which she started pursuing a career in starting August of 2023. Kiana also loves being able to learn about all of her residents, their history and culture! As-well as building resident relationships, and the community! Kiana is known for being a jack of all trades, so when she's not restoring her mustang, reading a book, or cooking some soul food, you can find her soaking up the sun, and cuddling up with her husband and fur-babies, or spending time with family! She is always thriving to reconnect with her roots! :)

Adnan is our Maintenance Supervisor. He has over 8 years of property management maintenance experience. He enjoys bike riding and spending time with his family in his free time. His extensive knowledge and skills are of great value to PPG.
